Tracy has firsthand experience with the frustration of joint pain, having dealt with knee injuries, weight gain, and weight loss herself. Over the past five years, she has helped hundreds reduce joint discomfort, achieve weight loss, and improve their quality of life through exercise, movement, and behaviour change.

Rooted in biomechanics, Tracy’s approach focuses on body movement and function, identifying imbalances to create personalised plans that strengthen, reduce pain, and support weight loss. She also emphasises behaviour change for long-term success, helping clients adopt healthy habits.

Tracy finds joy in helping people regain confidence and rediscover activities they love. With the right guidance, you can control your pain, achieve weight loss, and enjoy life again.

David Sanders

Sports Scientist, Personal Trainer & Fitness Educator

David has 30 years experience presenting, teaching and coaching sports teams, governing bodies, companies and individuals around the world.

David is a qualified certified personal trainer, assessor and tutor, and is also certified in stress resilience, biomechanics/corrective exercise, movement neurology, strength & conditioning and nutrition.
